25 years in corporate. Then I burned out.
I turned to nonprofits because government and business will never fill every gap our communities and planet need.
So I made a promise: ten years of my life, from 50 to 60, dedicated to helping purpose-driven teams get the job done.
Five years in, my team at 360tuned has collected the lessons nobody teaches. Most were learned at the moment an organisation had to choose: compromise, or push on for the mission.
Part of my promise is giving those lessons away. Every week, a few of them. Small, practical, tested.
