Most professionals finish school and have the KNOWLEDGE of what is possible in general.
But most of them don’t know what is possible in a given situation.
Being a solo founder of LACIX Ltd and 360tuned Ltd, I struggle daily to set direction and keep it.
I keep questioning myself.
I keep jumping on shiny opportunities.
I keep changing priorities to the external environment.
That is why I chose to assemble an ADVISORY BOARD.
A team of smart and genuine people with a lot of lived experience.
Individuals who have been there and have done it.
Leaders in their own field who can shine the light on something dark I don’t recognize.
They have been supporting me for months and years already.
I appreciate them and plan to listen to their advice,
…so I don’t need to question myself so often.
… so we set direction and keep it.
… so we see a 360-degree picture around us.
If you are a CE, Director, Founder, or Owner - and don’t have a formal board of directors, I suggest at least having an Advisory Board.
So you can serve more people, better.
