I had the pleasure of working with Laszlo as our Agile and Digital Coach for the launch of our NZ Aerosports ecommerce website www.nzaerosports.com.
Laszlo helped move us from a traditional project management structure that was no longer working for our growing and largely remote team, to an agile structure that became key in the website project and all other aspects of our company.
Laszlo somehow manages to hold everyone to task and be firm with week-on-week change while retaining a big friendly smile and providing constant positive reinforcement. Our team became less stressed and unsure and more cheerful, productive and fulfilled under his guidance.
He was truly a backbone to our project across many areas; from team building to customer experience, scrum and roadmap management, and even jumping in to take responsibility for tasks no one wanted/had time for - all while keeping everyone focused on the big picture and larger project/company goals.
