Laszlo was recommended to me as a person who could take up any challenge and succeed. He ran the ARIS process modelling team tasked with the delivery of as-is and to be process architecture for the Unity Programme. Laszlo not only established a service delivery model for the programme that optimised our resourcing model, but worked closely with the ARIS COE to build out the governance framework, key component libraries and to lay the platform for this key Enterprise Architectural tool.
