It has been an immense pleasure to work with Laszlo. In his initial role with the company, her was responsible for the introduction and for championing the adoption of agile project management. This has been of major benefit to the company and in many ways transformational. Then, as a head of department, he undertook the coaching of his team, introducing concepts promoted by books like Exponential Organisations and Lean Startups.
Above all else, Laszlo has a gift for social engagement, fostering collaborative and collegial relationships and lifting the morale of the entire team. We were all genuinely sad to see him leave.
